Lunch with Amy Stovel Photo of Amy Stovel eatting lunch on a beach in beautiful sunny CA The weather is amazing.  The summers are not too hot, the winters are mild. Hummingbirds are here year round!  I love hummingbirds so that's a big plus.  The sceanery is beautiful. There's not too many other places where you have ocean and mountains within the same view.  You can snow downhill ski and ocean surf in the same day!  Great place for foodies. Food of all kinds, especially seafood.  Fresh, delicious, healthy food.  Amy Stovel is originally from Toronto Canada. My Home Town is Toronto Canada

Amy Stovel - Hometown Toronto My hometown is Toronto, Canada.   The city is situated on one of the Great Lakes, and best viewed from one of the islands called Center Island. In fact, most postcard photos of Toronto are taken from Center Island. I remember taking the ferry to the islands on many occasions for family picnics.   The islands have been made into a large pedestrian-only park. There are train rides, paddleboat rides, cotton candy, and many more things to enjoy, but my favorite thing to do was to sit at the water's edge feeding ducks, while admiring the beautiful skyline.    Part of what made the skyline so beautify, as well as unique, was the CN tower.   The CN tower was the tallest free-standing structure in the world at the time, and I was fascinated by it.   I remember my first visit to the top of the tower.   The elevator ride up was fast and thrilling, standing on the glass floor in the observation deck and looking down a thousand feet below was a little scary, b

Put on a helmet and lets ride!!!

Amy Stovel driving with Composite Worx Seats  Today I am thinking about the similarities of living life and driving a car. To get anywhere these days we must have a vehicle and have the skills to use it.  So in life, we must develop skills so that we can drive our life in the direction we want to go.  This means we must always be learning, and improving our skills.  Also, our vehicle must be well maintained or it will not take us very far. It must have good fuel, clean engine oil, etc.  The same with our bodies.  If you want to drive fast, go to far away places, then you also need protection.  A seatbelt is required because the other drivers or the road can be dangerous.  If you want to race then you need a helmet!  amy stovel web site (still being constructed)
